How are sales taxes explained to customers? Are they included in my proposal?

When a customer accepts a proposal and reaches a checkout screen for the first time, they'll be clearly shown how any applicable sales tax is factored into the total price, separated out from the proposal amount that you quoted them. 

Additionally, they'll be shown how sales tax will impact their project payments. Because we can't collect sales tax until the sale is finalized, all applicable sales tax will be added onto the final payment.
