What if issues come up that delay my project?

You are responsible for shipping products based on the date agreed upon in your proposal unless you and the customer both agree to a new shipping date.  The best thing to do is to plan accurately in advance before you send a proposal.  If a special circumstance does come up, we suggest explaining the situation to the customer and suggesting a new shipping date.
