There are two ways that you can connect with makers on CustomMade.
Contact a maker directly
1. If you found a specific item in a maker's profile that you would like to purchase, with or without modifications, you may often be able to purchase the item by completing a custom order form that the maker has set-up for you circled below. Simply select your customization options, enter your payment information and the maker will begin creating your item.
If the maker has not set up a customization order form you can click "Or contact maker for custom request."
2. You can also contact makers by navigating to the maker's profile and clicking the contact icon in the top right corner of their profile. You will be asked to supply details about your project and when you submit your information, a message will be sent to the maker letting them know that you would like to work with them.
Submit a project proposal to the maker community
This is a great option for customers who are looking to speak with multiple makers about the details of their project before making a decision on who to work with. When you post a project to the maker community, makers will first review the details of the project request and then send you a message if they are interested in working with you.
You can post your project by clicking the Start a project button or the Tell us your idea button on the CustomMade homepage .
