How does the customer pay the final payment?

On the day that your project is scheduled to be complete, you will receive an email from CustomMade indicating that it is time to mark the project as complete. Please make sure you click the 'Mark project as complete' button and don’t forget to send a photo of the completed item to the customer!

Once you mark the project as complete, CustomMade will automatically bill the customer for their final payment within 24 hours. Once payment has been secured, CustomMade will email you to let you know that it’s time to ship the completed product. 

Note: WePay is currently only available to makers in the U.S.
