You can request that any limitations be reviewed at any time by contacting WePay’s customer support by sending an email to custommade-support@wepay.zendesk.com. The amount of money required to remain in a reserve is determined solely by WePay based on a number of factors, including positive review percentage on CustomMade, perceived risk and transaction history. It can only be changed at WePay’s discretion. As review scores are important for site reputation and for payment purposes, it’s important for you to encourage customers to complete reviews once they receive their final product.
Note: WePay is currently only available to makers in the U.S.
