Why do I need to sign up with WePay to interact with customers?

The payments process is part of the CustomMade experience and all U.S. makers need to be signed up with a WePay account in order to accept payment from customers.  In an effort to make the customer experience consistent for everyone using CustomMade, we need to utilize a single payments platform. All U.S. makers need to sign up for WePay before they can accept any jobs or correspond with interested customers.

Note: WePay is currently only available to makers in the U.S.
