What is my specific reserve requirement?

In order to determine the amount of your reserve,  you will need to contact WePay. You can email a member of WePay’s dedicated CustomMade support team at custommade-support@wepay.zendesk.com. The majority of our makers should be able to access a minimum of $2,500 immediately once payment is available in their WePay account, as long as they have a review rating that is more than 95% positive (defined as the percentage of your total completed reviews that have a positive overall experience rating). As review scores are important for site reputation and for payment purposes, it’s important for you to encourage customers to complete reviews once they receive their final product.

Note: WePay is currently only available to makers in the U.S.
