Why is there a reserve policy?

Through the reserve policy, WePay may designate an amount of funds that must remain in your account (called a reserve) to ensure you’re able to follow through on your payment obligations, including to cover anticipated chargebacks, returns, unshipped merchandise and/or unfulfilled services or credit risk based on your processing history.  

Note: WePay is currently only available to makers in the U.S.
