What happens if I receive a negative review?

The best way to avoid negative reviews is proactive communication with your customer and on-time delivery. If you receive a negative review, we recommend that you work to earn positive reviews on subsequent jobs that showcase your skills and customer satisfaction.

Reviews are an important part of our marketplace and customers have the right to express their views (positive or negative) on their experience. We have a firm policy about not removing reviews unless expressly requested by the customer. This is true even if the maker doesn't agree with their views.

If you believe a customer left a negative review inadvertently, we recommend that you reach out to the customer directly.  If the customer agrees that the review should be updated, we'll change it. Just contact us at support@custommade.com.
